About the event
Calling all youth to join us for a Youth Mental Health First Aid workshop designed with
youth in mind. Learn how to check in with yourself to understand when you might need
help, identify friends who may be struggling, and gain the tools to promote self-love,
care, and how to be a supportive ally in your community! Light refreshments will be
provided.
Cost: $0 IAW mentees, parents, and mentors
